Another rainy day forecast to complement my last Q in Beaufort and worried this PAX member would forever more be equated to rainy day workouts. Pulling into the Dock House parking lot and in typical Eastern NC fashion, no RAIN…yee-haw! However, no PAX to be found either. Will this be this first report back to Jang with a PAX of 1 (the Q!)? NOT…..here comes Twitty wheeling in and ready to go, followed by Graco and Dogtown. Finally there’s Bunyon and driving no less….obviously he slept over and the normal bike ride was scrapped as a result. Countdown to 5:30 and YHC defined F3, stated the Mission and Disclaimer, then off for the Warm-a-rama.

  • Mosey to the west around the circle and back to Moore St: Burpees x 5 ct, Merkins x 10 ct, Monkey Humpers x 15 IC
  • Mosey to Orange St: Burpees x 5 ct, Merkins x 10 ct, Monkey Humpers x 15 IC, Squats x 15 IC
  • Mosey to Turner St: Burpees x 5 ct, Merkins x 10 ct, Monkey Humpers x 15 IC, Squats x 15 IC, Plank Jacks x 15 IC
  • Mosey to Craven St: Burpees x 5 ct, Merkins x 10 ct, Monkey Humpers x 15 IC, Squats x 15 IC, Plank Jacks x 15 IC
