It’s been a while since I have been to the QAR so a long overdue boot camp was what YHC had in mind .
We circled up at 525 with a little mumble chatter from the pax I was ready to get down to business.
With the one minute warning given we all laid our eyes on some of the pax from Anchor B headed our way.
With 4 more pax members ready to join us and 0530 YHC called out the mission on F3 and away we went on a Mosey to the Basketball courts for
Warmarma: SSH IC x15. Cotton Pickers IC x 10, Wind Mill IC x 10, Standing Fwd bend 10ct, R over L 10CT, L over R 10CT, and last but not least Mt Climbers IC x 15.
With everyone warmed up we hoped back on the Mosey to the western most soccer field and started on the goal line facing the fence.
Four cones about 20 yards apart it was time for the Thang:
Every man on the line shoulder to shoulder facing the other goal.
Broad Jump Burpee to the first cone, Bear Crawl to the 2nd cone, Broad Jump Burpee to the 3rd cone, Bear Crawl to the 4th cone.

Back on the Mosey around the soccer field to mid field facing the parking lot partner up:
1.Partner A will run to mid field and back partner b will do AMRAP of WWI until you and our partner gets to 100 reps.
2. Partner A will run to mid field and back partner b will do AMRAP of Plank Jacks you and your partner gets to 200 reps.
3. Partner A will run to mid field and back partner b will do AMRAP of Squats you and your partner gets to 200 reps.
Back on the Mosey to the other end of the field on the facing 3 cones:
We as a pax bear crawled to the 1st cone YHC called out 10 Merkins, Bear crawl to the 2nd cone YHC called out 20 Merkins, Bear crawl to the 3rd cone YHC called out 30 Merkins.
Next on the game plan since everyone was on the line we turned around shoulder to shoulder for one round of suicides.
After the six was in we were back on the line for a round of suicides with 5 burpees at each cone .
We planked for the six and with 8 minutes to go we circled up for some well deserved

Moleskin: Anchor B boys I was happy to see you join the QAR pack this morning . Everyone of you put it some hard work this morning getting stronger one beat down at a time. It’s very easy to fall back into fart sack mode when it’s hot and sticky out side i’m just as guilty as anyone . Let’s stay after it and call on your boys to get back out in the gloom .
