YHC arrived on this glorious morning in a clown car with Plebe, Pidgeon, and Laettner at about 5:23. I was pleased to see Snookie and a mystery Pax already there and chatting. Upon further inspection, the mystery Pax turned out to be the king of breakfast sandwiches himself, Mcmuffin. Griswold rolled in right behind us followed a few moments later by Costanza. Shovel flags were planted and we circled up. Griswold informs YHC at this point that Couch Potato was seen inbound on foot, so we remained on the lookout for him. 3, 2, and 1 minute warnings were given. Still no Couch Potato so we began. A quick mission statement was given and we began our mosey down to the other park at the bridge. We met Couch Potato along the way, paused briefly for two burpees, (although I felt a little unsure about these since he technically started his workout long before the rest of us) and strolled into the park. This is a YHC original. For this exercise, the Pax started at one end of the long dock in a people’s chair facing the water and the slow sunrise. The Pax member on the end would bear crawl around the other Pax to the front and resume the people’s chair. The next pax would follow suit, like an Indian run. We continued this down the length of the dock and back up to the gazebo at the start. I didn’t measure but I think it was pushing 100 yds. We hit the end at about 6:13 and the Pax was thinking it was time for Mary but YHC had other plans. We quickly grabbed a spot on the bench or rail for

Announcements made about upcoming workouts and the convergence on Monday. Prayer requests made for Purplerain’s father, Cousin, who is having a surgical procedure today, along with the flood victims in Texas. Laettner took us out in prayer and we departed.
