It was a dry sticky morning when Jang and I arrived at the home of the Patriots. 4,3,1, minute warning was called out right before the hard start. While YHC was calling out the mission of F3 I was looking around to make sure no FNG’s were present and it was time to head away from WCHS . We took off In a mosey around the school across the street to the church parking lot  for

SSH IC X 25, Wind Mill IC X 10, R/L 10 Ct, L/R 10 Ct, Mt Climbers IC X 20.

After that is was time to get the legs moving we took off down the trail headed east at a rather fast pace: The 1st stop we performed : 20 Merkins, 20 Dry docks. As soon as the pax was finished YHC instructed the next stop would be the water fountain on the trail . The pax took off again at a strong pace right out of the gate. The 2nd stop we performed :5 Burpees, 20 Squats: With no rest and a long way to go we jumped right back on it and continued a sprint all the way to the Mullet Wrapper building (thanks Deebo). We performed 30 single count lunges, 30 LSF IC. After the pax was on their feet we were heading for our next stop which was across Friendly road stopping at the Assistant living quarters. Next on the list was WW1 x 20, LBC x 20. Back on a strong mosey to the next health building past longleys for : Bear crawl 40 yards and turn around for Lt Dans all the way back . Back on the Mosey to the bridge at the newspaper stand parking lot .With the six in minus one of the pax (potty break)YHC instructed we would take a fast walk across the bridge once you hit the payment wide open all the way to the top of one of the only hills it CC. We performed  WW1 and LBC. With 8 minutes to go before a Hard Stop and some ground to cover our next stop was all the way to the shovel flag. YHC was amazed at the endurance of our pax and how far you men have come . This is not the same crowd it was a year ago. Everyone is faster and stronger then a year ago and it’s easy to see that.

With just a couple of minutes to go YHC called out American hammer, Pasqually called dying Coack Roach, and Squid called our Boss Tweeds.

Prayer request were called out by the pax.

We ended in a BOM with the Lords Prayer.

4 miles and a average pace of 9 minutes with the stops included is no joke. There was a lot of effort put in this morning by everyone and it shows. Keep up the hard work as it’s paying off more then you know.

It was a pleasure to lead you gentlemen this morning . Till next time : Frosted Flake.
