17 Strong Pax gathered at 5:29 for The Boondocks.  Hard start, F3 Mission Statement, and 15 burpees (5 then 4 then 3 then 2 then 1).  Mosey down Anita Forte Drive to The Boondocks.  We stopped at completely made up spots for exercises that included merkins, squats, LBCs, air presses, but mostly side straddle hops.

At the dock we partnered up for DORA, partner one runs up the dock the the fence entry for one burpee and runs back while partner two completes 50 merkins (Frank N Beans did all 50 before Griswold got back) 100 LBCs, 200 squats, and 300 air presses.

Random derkins and side straddle hops at the mini white picket fence before heading back to the church.  We threw in some jail breaks along the way where Navy and Purple Rain followed directions like my preschool daughter does.

Quick round of balls to the wall, each Pax counts to ten but Couch Potato and Dash 8 take about five minutes each.  Peoples Chair with Air Presses for round two.  Back to the flag for CP to take us out with his World Famous Superman’s.  Someone other than the Q called hard stop a little early but I didn’t fight it.

Namerama, Announcements, Prayer Requests, Praises, and The Tony Romo took us out with heartfelt words.
