Mosey down the Boulevard on the main drag and stop for 5 burpees OYO, SSH x 20, Sun Gods x 10, Windmills, Cotton Pickers and the stretch. Mosey to the first intersection.

THE THANG

10 each of merkins, squats, monkey humpers, burpees

Run to next intersection and add 5 to each working our way to 20 and back down to 10.
