• When: 11/23/2018
  • Workout Style: BOOT CAMP
  • PAX: Blart (Respect), Buckeye and Newman
  • AO: Back Blasts

The options for a workout were on the extremes of the East and West. YHC didn’t like either one and decided to make his own. Not hearing much mumble chatter on Slack it looked like it would be a nice day for coffee with Blart and Holiday. Rolling up to the AO Buckeye was ready. I did see a MC on the board but had no idea what that meant. He informed me that is a “Moist Commit”. I had no idea. Blart and Newman rolled in so it looked like a workout would happen. We counted down the minutes and the talk turned to over eating, the inability to fart sack for Thanksgiving Day shopping and dropping your kids off at the pool. Time was called and no Pasqually screaching in, who gave an SC. YHC thought the traffic would be heavy along the Boulevard and for safety sake we headed to the land of retirees. No mission statement, no 3 F’s just go. All seasoned veterans here. It could be a rumor that the Q is easily angered and nobody wanted that today.

Mosey to the milboxes for SSH’sx20, Sun Godsx15 each way and Windmillsx15

Mosey up the street for Cotton Pickersx15, Imperial Walkersx15

We would run road in between Brandywine Blvd and Hwy 24 stopping halfway and each end for

5 Burpees OYO, 20 Squats, 20 Hand Release Merkins and 20 LBC’s IC

5 Burpees OYO, 20 Squats, 20 Alternating Shoulder Taps and 20 WW1’s

We completed the teack up and back twice for a total of 4 rounds each and mileage that was just right.

Blart learned that it isn’t that cold yet for the super ski gloves. It is the time of year when you have to figure out how to layer. Buckeye left his shirt on the side of the road and a loacl dog almost made it his home,

2 minutes at the end for some Protractor…Hard Stop

Lot’s of M’s on our prayer list Holiday, Blart, Meme and Newmans Gma who is 90. Take time to be thankful and remember those who are still struggling with getting their lives back after the storm. The hoidays are not a great time for everyone as many families deal with the lost of loved ones or just being alone.

Thank you men for showing today and being there today and everyday.
