11 men stood in a circle after a hard start, mission statement, and disclaimer. There was no flag or HC’ed site Q to be seen. So, the workout started with an Omaha, which consisted of a warmarama in the parking lot. About a minute later Cooter squealed in hot and we took off for the loop.
We ran around Brandywine Boulevard, stopping at various intersections for pax choice of number one, two, or three:
#1) Squat Burnout: copperhead squats, squats, Bobby Hurley squat jumps
#2) Merken burn out: HRM, double Wides, Merkens
#3) plank Burnout: Peter Parker’s, plank jacks, alternating leg planks
We got back to the last intersection just in time for nearly a full round of all three burnouts. Sprint to the flag for a hard stop.
2.999999 miles according to Pasquale’s watch. Good push on the mini dreadnought pax! It was great to see some visitors to the hashmark today. We closed in announcements and prayer requests Including a praise for tonya’s family.
It felt good to open up the lungs on a warm January morning. Thanks for the keys Cooter!
