The Thang

PAX were ready to Ruck the snow and ice this morning first thing. Fortunately for us the bike path from Glad Tidings Eastbound was clear and dry. Bridges still were covered, but no big deal.

Rucked 5 minutes then warmerama:

  • Cotton pickers IC x10
  • Windmill IC x10
  • Sun God IC x10

Rucked 10 minutes then exercised:

  • Monkey Humper OYO x 20
  • Reverse Lunges OYO x 10

Rucked 10 minutes then exercised:

  •  Squats IC x 20
  • Forward lunges OYO x 10

Rucked 10 minutes then exercised:

  • Mercans IC x 20
  • Overhead press IC x 30

That was about the halfway point, so we back tracked back to Glad Tidings. Workout on the way back was in reverse order.

Did a round robin Mary, prayer and parted ways. All were glad today is Friday!
