10 of us started another balmy morning. A quick disclaimer was given and we were off around the tree of life for warmorama.

Ran to the other entrance off of Mayberry loop road
Sprint to the next light and do a given exercise counting down from 20 -15-10-5. First round was merkins, next was squats, then lunges, and finished with wide arm merkins. In between each set we flowed with a cool down lap and plenty of yoga. We finished up with a jailbreak around the tree of life and back to the shovel flag.
