I have never ever Qed the HIN at the MHCC…..I was aware that many of the back 9 holes had been changed, but honestly had no idea that Hole # 1 was different….until I led us astray and got us lost this morning…..

My thoughts were just under 3 miles with jogs and sprints interspersed.  After a brief warmarama, we did 5 Holes (Inlcuding # 1 after I found it).  My goal was simple, maybe too simple.

We partnered up and 1 partner sprinted from tee box to green.  Then partners would switch up.  We did 20 dying cockroaches after each hole to let pax catch breath.  We did the following exercises with average amount done…

-merkins 100

-burpees 20

-squats 80

-monkey humpers 80

-low slow flutters 50

We ran 3.3 miles total and did 100 dying cockroaches.
