YHC arrived at the AO with about 10 min. until the HS. Luckily, he won’t be alone for his VQ. Ron Burgundy, Squid, Blart, Monkey Wrench, and Smokie were already there. Shortly thereafter, the rest of the group arrived. Gave a 4 min warning, 2 min, and 1 min. (Even though Ronnie B missed it). Pasqually arrived just in time to witness my recitation of the “Mission Statement.” Mumble chatter began early. Pasqually later told me that the word was “reinvigoration,” not invigoration (which after checking the website, I found invigoration was correct…). The PAX wanted the 5 core principles and I was pretty close on those as well. Gave the disclaimer and moseyed. I don’t think there were any injuries except maybe Griswold who became a speed bump for Ron Burgundy a few times…
Side Straddle Hops IC X 15 (Not to be confused with the slightly less famous Side-Saddle Hops)
Windmills IC X 15
Sun Gods IC X 15 – forward and backward
Cotten Pickers IC X 15
After being told this was the shortest warm-a-rama in history (which is not true), we added
Imperial Walkers IC X 15
Ronnie B: 4 Corners
Moseyed to the soccer field. Each corner of field meant 4 exercises:
Started with 5 of each per corner, then 10, and then 15 (unless you modified – Blart reminded us it’s not cheating)
Ricardo: Picnic Tables
Mosey to the picnic tables for more fun… (and btw, you have to run even if those picnic tables are only 20 yards away)
This is where the details get a little foggy…
The PAX did somewhere between 10 and 20 of each of these in either a single count or in cadence. 3 Rounds.
- Dips (That’s what they’re called!)
Mosey back to the flags for a couple of Ab exercises

Lots of workouts tomorrow
Wondering about Christmas Morning, hoping for a later start (Hint, hint)
No Prayer Requests – lots of traveling coming up
Thanks to all of the support as I rarely got the commands right for starting an exercise, but luckily, everyone was willing to correct me when I was wrong. Ronnie B is the best partner I could have asked for during my VQ. He was a great teacher this morning. I learned so much – and so did Pasqually. Having a blast being a part of F3. Thanks and God Bless!
Ronnie B took us out in prayer.
