Rain is always a good excuse to not workout, today in spite of the snotty weather 7 strong men gathered around me to lift me up and help me get better. 

1 minuet warning was given in a strong sideways rain and after an abbreviated disclaimer and statement we were off to the shelter for warm-orama

And some stretching. 

Physical fitness test. 

Timer set for 15 minuets

With each man calling out the count 

10 Burpee

10 Squat

10 merkins

10 boss tweed

10 dips

10 ww1s

We completed as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes 

5 1/2 rounds total 

A lap around the parking lot and we continued back with shelter work

Timer re set for 10 minuets and we completed amwrap

10 step ups 5 each leg

10 erkins 

20 side leg lifts left and right leg 

10 dips

10 LBC

Each man called the count 

5 full rounds were completed. 

We had a few minutes for Mary

Blue Cross let us in box cutters

Reef donkey gave us hand release Merkens And some other various stretching exercises until the hard stop at 6:15

Today was Yet again prof that less than a mile can be ran and you can still get beat down. Gert, you still reading? 

As always it was glorious to work out with my F3 brothers trying to better themselves.  No matter whether it’s raining or whether it’s hot or whether it’s cold, it’s always better to post and have an impact either on yourself or others than it is to lay in the fartsack.
