YHC had the Q on the Chicken Shack, looking to ease into something without much running in an effort to recover from the Palmetto we would be working on upper body and lower body strengthening with some moseying mixed in. I was glad to see a good turnout anxiously waiting to begin another great workout in Beaufort. There were 8 men that gathered in the gloom and a disclaimer was given and mission statement and we were off for warmarama.
