I pulled in to see a bunch of cars and thought – Wow!  Record turnout for the Anchor B!  Then I quickly realized they were empty.  Some Marlins players had parked there overnight.  Oh well!  Countdown warnings were given.  Hard start at 0530 – 3 F’s & Mission Statement were given flawlessly.

Warmarama:
Mosey around the ball field
Halfway – SSH, SG, IW
End – CP, Windmills
Stretch – L over R, R over L, Down dog, Up dog

The Thang:

F3 Deck of Cards

  • Everyone takes a card and we complete together what the card said
    • 2-10 = 2-10 reps
    • Face cards = 15 reps
    • Ace = 25 reps
  • Mosey to 2nd light pole and back
    • 4 or 5 Rounds

 

Then we moseyed to the picnic tables:

  • Dips
  • Urkins 
  • Step Ups
  • 10 reps, 2 rounds

Mary:

  • LBCs – 20
  • Dying Cock Roach – 20
  • A little cool down stretching.

 

Hard Stop at 0615. 

Announcements and prayer requests were spoken and we closed in a word of prayer.
