Timing is everything. Just as I acquired a few coupons for later workouts, Purple Rain asked if I could switch and do the FOD today. No problem!! As I pulled into the park this morning, a vehicle followed me in. Was this a sign of a good showing? Lady Bug jumped out of his truck and helped me get the coupons in place. His comment of “Oh no!” put a little smile on my face. With just a few minutes left Laetner rolled in and Sparkles came running in. With just a few seconds before seven, it would be just the 4 of us. A form of the mission statement was given and we are off to warmarama

Tried recruiting a neighbor who was out looking for his sons Iphone but all we got was a light chuckle. Maybe next time….

Mosey over to the far end of the football field. Staring at the goal line, 5 Monkey Humpers  10 yard line add 10 more for 15, 20 yard line add 10 more for 25 and so on. Once we got to a 70 count on the Monkey Humpers QIC decided to just add 5 at each stop. At the goal line we ended up at a 90 count for a grand total of 460 Monkey Humpers from goal line to goal line.

Thankfully we didn’t have to go far on the rubber bands hanging from our hips

Just so happens we ended up right at the coupons I set out earlier, 4 120 pound tires. The plan had to modified since there were only 4 of us. There were 4 tires so we decided to each take a tire and flip it the entire length of the football field, 120 yards. In the back of the other end zone, we carried the tire we flipped back to where we started. Did I mention they were 120 pounds each?

Mosey back to the tires for..

each Pax will complete

50 Squats, 50 lunges each leg, 100 LBC. While pax 1 is performing the excersice pax 2 will flip fire 5 times up the field and mosey back and relieve pax one who will then go flip tire 5 times. This continued until both complete the routine. With just one minute left we each brought the tires back to my van. One of the Pax carried the tire while the rest rolled them. Any guesses on who carried the tire?

Even though the numbers have been low at the workouts lately, it is still Inspirimg to see the improvements made among all of the Pax members. You all have inspired, motivated, and continue to push me out of the comfort zone and grow beyond what I ever thought I could. I am so proud to be part of F3 and I can’t imagine my life without it!
