Mosey to Moore st/Ann st intersection and we progressed down Ann st stopping at each intersection adding exercises as we went.

We reset on pollock st

We ran down to front st/Gordon st intersection and continued
1. 2 Burpees

4. 2 Burpees, 10 knee tucks, 10 DM, 20 Scorpion dry socks

We then quickly back to the dock by the fudge factory and completed a set of two tiered derkins 5 on the low rail moving feet up to top rail completing 5 down to low rail for 5 more and back up to the top to finish with 5 more.

Workourt was completed with no 10 counts, great work fellas and covered  2.5 miles per our distance expert Gert.

Back to the dockhouse for announcements and BOM. Crabby took us out in the BOM. Good work fellas and it was a pleasure, until next time…..
