Our workout went down as follows.  

40 seconds on 20 seconds of rest 

10 moves for a total of 3 rounds

Kettle bell swing

Figure 8 curl

Sprawl into press 

Set it down pick it up 

overhead Shoulder press

Front Row

Tricep extension 


6 minuets of Stretching  and 2 of dodging the sandman and his favorite tractor.   🙄

Shroom got hosed by our buddy, but it could always be worse. 

Great push today by gobbler.
