So we’re sitting at Cox’s Presidents Day morning and Gert mentions that Pedro’s on the Q for the Anchor B the next morning and I point out that he can’t because he’ll be saving lives (or sleeping) the next morning. Gertrude looks at me and says “well guess you have the Q then”.

Well thank goodness for the interval timer and the fact that I saved my workout from the last time I Q the Anchor B.

Showed up the next morning and thankfully Gert had a flag to put out. Count down given and it was time to begin.

After a quick mosey our warmarama consisted of cotton pickers, side straddle hops, wind mills, sun gods and pickin cherries.

Then a mosey over to the picnic area for the thing.

:40 of Erkins
:20 rest
:40 of Dips
:20 rest
:40 of Squats
:20 rest
:40 of LBC
:20 rest
:40 of plank jacks
:30 rest

Repeat and then mosey around the tree of life back to the picnic area for two more rounds of the thing.

Then a short mosey headed back to the start with some Lt Dans before we get to the wall at the baseball field for a couple rounds of peoples chair with arm presses.

It was time for mary, which consisted of stretching because we really don’t do enough of that.

Hard stop, announcements made and YHC took us out in prayer.
