Mission statement, Disclaimer, and light stretching before starting on the Hashmark loop (3 miles).

Slow mosey for couple blocks before warmerama.

Warmerama consisted of Downward Dog, Side straddle hops, and Cotton Pickers.

The Thang was pretty simple. Mosey’d  the loop and stopped at intersections for an upper body workout. The upper body was done in sets of ten, alternating at each intersection.

Upper body consisted of Merkins, Air presses, & Chinooks.

When we got back close to the start we did a round of Picking cherry’s and dropping in the basket. Chest/Shoulders were fatigued at this point.

Had just enough time for a couple rounds of Mary

WWI, LSF, and American Hammers

Did a walking talk of announcements/ prayer requests and Kiwi led us out in Prayer.  Next time I’ll ask if anyone other than Kiwi feels led (because he always is feeling it. Which is good thing). Sometimes it is easy to let Kiwi do it, but honestly we should all probably be doing the prayer from time to time.
