Dirkins, Erkins, Uneven Merkins were interspersed with a mosey around the buildings for the warmup. We went slow and steady to maximize each exercise. A rack and stack between the columns followed. We side shuffled using bands then added Burpees, Triceps pulls, Rowing, Squats, Lunges, Flys, and Curls all with bands. The Gauntlet guys joined in for a CIT.
