After putting all the bellers on one side of the circle and the holers on the other, we counted off in 1s and 2s. The 1s went with YHC and the 2s went with Doublemint for . . .
THE THING ONE
The 1s followed YHC on a lap around the campus with five stops and a rack & stack/unstack.
Stop #1 – 5 burpees OYO
Stop #2 – 5 burpees OYO, 10 merkins SC
Stop #3 – 5 burpees OYO, 10 merkins SC, 15 WWIs SC
Stop #4 – 5 burpees OYO, 10 merkins SC
Stop #5 – 5 burpees OYO
While the 1s ran, the 2s partnered up for a face-off workout.
Left arm kettlebell curls alternating with your partner, starting with one rep and counting up to 10 reps each.
Right arm kettlebell curls alternating with your partner, starting with ten reps counting down to 1 rep each.
Left arm kettlebell upright rows alternating with your partner, starting with one rep and counting up to 10 reps each.
Right arm kettlebell upright rows alternating with your partner, starting with ten reps and counting down to 1 rep each.
The 1s and 2s then switched places, with the 1s belling and the 2s running.
THE THING TWO – DORAS
The 1s grabbed two bricks each for Dora The Brick Bear.
One partner bear crawled around the cones while the other partner did the following exercises:
50 brick merkins
100 brick plank punches
200 brick air presses
Meanwhile the 2s were doing their own Dora The Monkey Humper.
While one partner ran to a tree with a bell and then performed 50 monkey humpers before returning to his partner, the other did hand release merkins for a total of 200.
Again, the 1s and 2s switched places, with the 2s brick bear crawling and the 1s monkey humping.
The pax then returned to the parking lot for . . .

As I struggle to lift my arms to the keyboard to finish this back blast, I would like to thank Doublemint for reminding me how hard those kettlebell workouts are. Also, thank you Rameses for taking us out with yet another outstanding prayer. As always it was an honor to help lead.
