Man it has been a minute since the ole dipper has Q’d , but it was great to be back leading.  Unfortunately 5-6 inches of rain kinda messed up my plan I had, so it was Omaha time this am.

23 guys rolled out of bed.  23 guys got better. 23 guys are the reason I’m back ( and the Temp).  23 is the GOAT and Michael Jordan.

After a brief 250 yard mosey we were led by Holiday in warmarama.  ( sun gods , flip jack SSH’, cotton pickers……then we finished with 10-1 bear crawl dry docks.

Next we partnered up and 1 group went and did the following IC ( dips, Derkins, step ups and WWI’s) the other group did merkins, burpees, squats and LBc’s ( all single count)    Then flip flopped

next we did 15 IC hand release merkins and 15 LSF ( IC).  Then we had an Indian run back to the benches.    Where we did dips, Derkins, stepups

prayer request for All who have lost someone recently, anyone suffering and any person that just needs a special prayer.

It was an honor. I’m glad to be back.  I have a little catching up to do, but it won’t be long.
