We could not have asked for any better weather as I rolled up to western park. Laettner was ready to start early with a little frisbee. 7 AM and we were ready to start a tour of the park. A disclaimer was given. Off to the warmorama.

Cotton Picker x 10
Merkins x 10 oyo
Mosey to the entrance of the park. Run to each speed bump-stop for merkins, plank for the 6. 4 places to stop 25, 15, 10, 5 merkimns at each stop.
Slow mosey over to the benches. Ployometrics 20 seconds on 30 seconds off. Right leg step ups, left leg step ups, box hops, right leg knee ups, left leg knee ups, box hops.
The next fun activity is diporama. YHC picks a member of the pax, they mosey to any part of the park and chose how many dips would be done.
After all 8 of the pax, and all over the park, 375 dips were knocked out.
Slow mosey Back to the benches. Ployometrics 15 seconds on 15 seconds off. Right leg step ups, left leg step ups, box hops, right leg knee ups, left leg knee ups, box hops.
Finally over to the basketball court. Old school suicides. 3 minutes as fast as you possible can.
Back to the flags for some Yoga/Mary.
In all 2.4 miles were ran.
