YHC arrived to Beaufort Middle School 15 minutes earlier to place 25 yard, 50 yard and 75 yard markers on the middle school football field. It was still dark and the lights were on shinning bright down on the freshly cut grass. As I moseyed back to the parking lot to see what Pax were going show, I remember saying to myself “football can’t get here fast enough.” As the time got closer to 5:30am, Six Pax (including myself) were ready to get to work. As we were 30 seconds from the hard start, Kratom came out of nowhere in long sleeves ready to burn some fat. We started the Warmoroma right in the parking lot. It went like this:

We moseyed to the football field. YHC instructed the Pax on the first set of exercises.
Run to the 25 yard marker and perform 25 merkins and run back to the start. Run to the 50 yard marker and perform 50 plank jacks back to start line. Run to 75 yard marker and perform 75 squats back to start. Run to the end of the field and perform 100 LBC’s and run back to start.
Run to end of the field and perform 100 air press back to the start. Run to 75 yard marker and perform 75 should taps back to start, Run to the 50 yard marker perform 50 wojo squats back to the start, Run to the 25 yard marker and perform 25 merkins back to the start.
Stack, Rack, and Smokem Time
5 burpess run to 75 yard marker and back
5 burpees, 10 merkins, run to 75 yard marker and back twice,
5 burpees, 10 merkins, 15 squats, run to 75 yard marker and back 3 times.
Moseyed back to parking lot for a quick Mary stretch
downward dog (right leg up then left leg up), upward dog , standard plank (right foot forward then left forward). Finally right arm stretch behind head then left arm stretch behind head.
