YHC took the Q again as dipper was out of town but I guess couldn’t tell anyone. He must not want to cross the bridge because he has needed a sub for 3 other occasions as well. Needless to say the Clamdigger must go on. YHC was surprised to see a new face and so the disclaimer was given and we were off for warmarama.

the thang:

we moseyed towards the drawbridge and stopped twice along the way to preform Squats and lunges. At the bridge we performed some Merkins, urkins, Squats and alternating lunges. Then lateral plank walk down the curb performing Merkins periodically then walked back the opposite direction. We ran and touched the bridge as it was up for good so we thought (not so true due to poor planning by DOT) back towards the courthouse and performed another series of exercises. Down towards the bank to the long bench for a series of dips and step ups. Back to the dockhouse for Mary. 4 rounds of LBC x 25 IC v-sits x 15 SC no breaks, LSF x 25 IC
