An intimidating group of young pax showed up early eager and ready as YHC chatted and lost track of time. Hard start barely on time and a mosey to the closest bank to get the show on the road.

Copper Head Squats, LBCs, ATMs, WW1’s… So maybe i do the same stuff every time but it is what it is. Mosey to the old PNC, no ATM machine and chatter began so a quick rinse and repeat then off to the ABC store for a round of PeoplesChAIR Press that seemed to take forever, Balls to the Walls, same, and a mosey to the field for the THANG

B.O.M.B.S. – 50 Burpees, 100 Overhead Press, 150 Merkins, 200 Big Boy Sit ups, 250 Squats while partner runs to the far away power pole. This took up half the workout as planned, so back to the flag for a round of 50 Dips, cool down Erkins and Supermans.
