18 Men including Two FNG’s were ready to start another beautiful Carterico morning at the Carterican Court with the Mumble Chatter in high gear.  When preparing for the workout, I couldn’t decide  to pound the pavement or roll around in the wet grass and ended up going with the first option.  I was concentrating so much on getting the mission statement right that we took off to the Warmarama in the upper lot and I totally forgot the disclaimer and no one seemed to notice or at least they didn’t say anything.  I gave a modified disclaimer as we circled up and got right to it:

The Thang:

We partnered up for a Dora Light as I heard someone say at another workout.  If this is light, I hate to see a heavy.  Partner A ran a lap around the light poles white Partner B started the exercises and switched after each lap which included:

50 Burpees

100 Merkins

150 Squats

From here we went to the outfield wall to build on what Puddles showed us on Tuesday:

Balls to the wall with a twist, a five count for each PAX on the wall, then straight to three burpees OYO, and then a lap around the light poles.  Back to the wall for another 5 count balls to the wall and then a 4 count burpee OYO and a lap around the light poles, and then one last 5 count balls to the wall-5 count burpee OYO and a lap around the light poles.  Back to the wall for a peoples chair 10 count for a little recovery.

Next we moseyed to the shelter for another partner exercise.  Partner A ran around the tree of life and back while partner B started these exercises:

100 Step Ups

125 Erkins

150 Dips

It was great to see everyone help others out and finish up any reps needed.  From here to moseyed to the tree of life and circled up around it.  With all the tragedy we have seen this week in Las Vegas, I wanted us all to take a few seconds of silence and reflect on life and how quickly things can change in an instant.  Next we got in the plank position and each pax did 1 merkin aound the circle, then two and three merkins. Next we moseyed to the flag for a quick Mary.
