Another sticky morning greeted the PAX this morning at the Caterican Court. I guess we need to go ahead and except this is the way it’s going to be for the next few months. The plan was to pound some pavement since the ground squishes when you walk and my A and B shoes are still wet, but I was reminded by Jang after we started that these fields drain well so we may give it a shot.
We moseyed to the upper lot for Warmarama:
Side Straddle hops x 20IC
Cotton Pickers x 15 IC
Windmills x 15 IC
Sun Gods x10 forward and 10 Reverse
Stretching left over right and some downward and upward dog
Keeping the pavement theme going, we partnered up to do the Thang:
Partner A runs a lap around parking lot while partner B began 100 Side Straddle Hops, 200 Wojo Squats, and 300 LBC’s alternating until all are done. Good to see the PAX working as a team and helping each other finish out at the end. When finished, we moved to the outfield wall for a 10 count per pax peoples chair while doing air presses. When finished, a three count burpee and a quick lap and back to the wall for a 5 count balls to the wall per pax. The plan next was to stay on the pavement for a catch me if you can round but I was reminded of how good the grass looks and how well the fields drain so we headed to the soccer field for the Catch me if you can. Partner A started running backwards while Partner B did 5 merkins and caught Partner A and switched. We did this for one lap around the field. Next we lined up on the side line for sprints back and forth across the filed x4. With time left, we headed to the picnic shelter tables for a round of Dips, Erkins, Derkins, and box jumps. Round 1 was 10 single count ea, Round 2 15 single count ea, and round 3 20 single count each with short mosey after ea round. Last but not least we went back to the soccer field for team lunges where we formed two lines, PAX arm in arm. and as a group did 10 lunges ea leg, turned around and came back.
To the shovel flag we went for Mary
