4, 2, and 1 minute warnings were given.  At 0530 3F’s and Mission Statement were given flawlessly, a slight memory loss on the 5 Core Principles but made it through, and finally Disclaimers.

Warmarama:

Mosey to the 2nd light post and back, circled up for Sun Gods in cadence (forward and backwards), Cotton Pickers in cadence, Windmills in cadence.

The Thang:

A playing deck of cards was presented with the 2’s, 3’s, 4’s, 5’s and Jokers removed.  The suit of Clubs was designated as Copperhead Squats (in cadence), Hearts were Monkey Humpers (in cadence), Spades were Side Straddle Hops (in cadence), and Diamonds were Merkins (single count).  Aces were designated as People’s Chair with Air Press with a 10 count per person.  Kings, Queens, and Jacks were designated as a 10 count per exercise.  After each round in which each person had a turn (i.e.- 6 cards were drawn), the PAX moseyed to the 2nd stop light for a palate cleanser.

So in summary, the PAX completed 70 Copperhead Squats, 70 Merkins, 140 Side Straddle Hops, 140 Monkey Humpers, and People’s Chair with 240 Air Presses plus 6 Palate Cleansers…

Mary:

Each PAX chose an exercise of his choice and it included American Hammer, Protractor, Dying Cockroach, Low Slow Flutter, Freddy Mercury, and Box Cutter.

Stretching ensued afterwards and was greatly appreciated by the PAX.

Hard Stop at 0615. Announcements and prayer requests were spoken and we closed in a word of prayer.
