YHC cruised into the Dock House AO hot off the Tinkerbells Q the day prior at MHCC…….fired up and ready to roll! The PAX filed in pretty quickly and seemed “ready to rumble” as well, so YHC knew he had better keep this crew busy from beginning to end or risk being consumed by mumblechatter and the such. Thus, hard start and the Mission and Disclaimer delivered, off to the BB&T for Warm-a-rama.

Mosey back to Town Hall:
Gathered for a long time favorite BTTW x 10 CT per PAX and as we powered thru YHC quickly stood and fired off “let’s mosey” and ran all over Dogtown in the process (my humblest apologies Dogtown) and I hear in the background “man Wifi is in beast mode!”….well, not so sure of that, but maybe “old guy style” is appropriate!! LOL!! But nonetheless, “old guys rule”!
Mosey to Benches:
Erkins x 15 SC, Step-ups x 15 IC, Dips x 15 IC, Derkins x 15 SC, Step-ups x 15 IC, Dips x 15 IC
Mosey back to the Dock House via the “southern route” for Mary:
LBC x 15 IC, Low Slow Flutter x 15 IC, Box Cutters x 15 IC, Russian Twist (aka American Hammer, leave it to Dogtown!), Dong Pusher (aka Pickle Pounder, good one Kratom!), Mueller Merkin (merkin with a twist going down, “like screwing someone into the ground” per Boss Tweed!!), and Twitty on the Plank w/6 in drop to hard stop.
And lastly our COT….announcements, prayer requests, and saying goodbye to our new friend from Barbados, Soup Bowl, who had been visiting Ronrico and posted regularly with his “lady-killer accent” from the islands!! Unfortunately, Twitty only made him aware of the value of his accent during this last workout, so we expect to see him back in the very near future!! Safe travels Soup Bowl and looking forward to hearing of the F3 expansion to the east Caribbean!! YHC took us out in prayer. As we broke for coffeeteria, we were pleasantly surprised by Graco’s neighbor named Don (who runs the Dock House) as he approached and offered up free coffee to all! We gladly obliged his generous offer and enjoyed great fellowship on the upper deck with coffee. A glorious morning it was!!!
An honor to lead this morning and thankful to all the men that joined to get stronger.
