10 men gathered this morning to dig a few clams. YHC was looking forward to Qing agin in Beaufort and was trying to get it going again after a week and a half on vacation. Trying to take it easy a week out from the BRR it would be a combination of running and total body. Bunion did a Standard and is looking strong for that BRR!!!!!!! A disclaimer was given and we were off.

we ran a block and performed 20squats and 15 Merkins and 10 alternate lunges and added a different exercise at each corner. We made it to Boss tweeds paver gym and completed a variety of upper body and core work. Stopped by the long bench and completed urkins and Dips. Made it back to the dockhouse when it was time and completed Burpees and plank holds.
YHC took us out in BOM and it was another great day in Beaufort.
