Creflo purchased the dreaded for next to nothing just before Christmas because, well, who really wants this thing. The Orb of Gloom is a 10 sided (maybe? Immediately got borrowed for a workout tomorrow so I don’t have it anymore), exercised labeled, thing which includes: 15 Side Straddle Hops, 2 minute run, 10 Rabbit Jumps, 10 Lunges, 10 Squats, 1 minute Wall Sit, 10 Burpees, 25 LBCs, 10 Merkins, and a Water Break (which it never once landed on).
The NanTan himself brought a crowd of relatively new guys from the Beach. So, might have been a record number at the Anchor B!

For some unfortunate reason we landed on Burpees way more than desired. Probably more burpees were done at the Anchor B today than in the last 6 months.
So, three rolls/three exercise sets , slow mosey, repeat. Occasionally threw in a few extra merkins. The orb may have been “accidentally” bumped from time to time.
We always begin and end the Anchor B with stretching.
