As YHC rolled into the upper lot for his Q, he saw that Doublemint and Dance Hall were on a short walk around to get in a few steps in before the actual workout took place. As we waited around to see if anyone else would show, slowly the rest of the men appeared one after the other. Wilson took a look at the workout written on the pavement and realized that his nightmare had come true. Warnings of 5, 3, 2 and 1 were given and it was time to begin. 3 F’s followed by the mission statement were given along with a disclaimer and we were off for a short mosey before beginning the:
Cotton Pickers x 15 IC
SSH x 15 IC
Sun Gods x 10 IC (Forward and Reverse)
Wind Mill x 12 IC
Mosey back to the starting point for:
Cards were placed on the ground face down, with numbers 5-Ace in the decks. Each member would draw a card and suit would correspond with what was written on the pavement. All card were face value with face cards equaling a 10 count, and Ace equaling 15..
Diamoonds = Carolina Dry Docks
Hearts = LBC’s
Spades = Hand Release Merkins
Clubs = American HAmmer
Each round consisted of four stops around the parking lot to perform the amount equal to what was drawn. Once the round was completed, plank for the 6 at the starting point. Six rounds were performed with NO Hearts being drawn but we would make up for that later.
After the last round it was time for a little wall work. People’s Chair for a 10 count per PAX member, followed by BTW for a 5 count per man. Repeated twice with the second round of chair being done with one leg up going down and back. Once completed, it was time for
LBC’s (I told you we would make up for it) x 30 IC by Doublemint
Dying Cockroach x 15 IC
