- When: 07/12/18
- Workout Style: BOOT CAMP
- QIC: RON BURGUNDY
- PAX: Reef Donkey, Ricardo, Holiday Mansion, Dance Hall, Pocahontas, Buckeye
- AO: Back Blasts
The HC’s were flowing early so YHC knew he wouldn’t be alone. You always consider the source when you’re getting an HC. Dance Hall, HC’d and showed with some aching feet. Pocahontas, HC’d and unlike the previous five I received, he showed up. Ricardo was the lone HC no show but with thirty seconds to spare he rolled in to the AO. They all joined YHC and Holiday mansion and Reef Donkey who were there way early. The 3F’s were given as Ricardo got out of his vehicle, a flawless mission statement and disclaimer. YHC remembers the last time he Q’d and didn’t give a disclaimer and was promptly called out by Reef Donkey.
Mosey to the intersection where you turn into the school. SSH’sx20, Sun Godsx10 each way, Abe Vigodasx10. Mosey back where we started for Cotton Pickersx10, Imperial Walkersx15 and Good Mornings holding for a 10 count, 2 sets.
With the arrest of Stormy Daniels, YHC was inspired to find some poles of our own. If you have ever seen this PAX in action you know they can bump and grind with the best of them. I knew if we could get Reef Donkey in one of Misty’s thongs he could bring home 10-20 dollars and 2 Jello cups working it nightly at the senior home. You would hear “Shake what your mama gave you” or “I’ll take my teeth out for you” echoing the halls. Reef in a thong………get that image out of your mind the rest of the day. You’re welcome. Oh, the Thang.
YHC taped exercises to the six poles in the parking lot closest to the road. The PAX would do the exercise at the first pole run to the second and do the exercise making your way back to pole one.
Run to pole 2 – 10 LBC’s, working your way back to pole one, 5 burpees
Run to pole 3 – 15 Carolina Dry Docks, 10 LBC’s (IC) and 5 burpees
Run to pole 4 – 20 Squats, 15 Carolina Dry Docks, 10 LBC’s (IC) and 5 burpees
Run to pole 5 – 25 Mountain Climbers (IC), 20 Squats, 15 Carolina Dry Docks, 10 LBC’s (IC) and 5 burpees
Run to pole 6 – 30 WW1’s, 25 Mountain Climbers (IC), 20 Squats, 15 Carolina Dry Docks, 10 LBC’s (IC) and 5 burpees
The PAX thought 30 WW1’s might be too many. YHC knew when they stepped out on stage with a golden thong and tight ABS it was going to be worth an extra 3 dollars for Reef. Cha-Ching
Mosey to the stands for some Bleacher Snakes. 2 rounds of bleacher snakes with everyone meeting at the top for calf raises. 20 count of each with heels out, heels middle and heels pointed in. Palate cleanser bleacher snake, run half way up and down and back to the top and do one more round of calf raises. These were done in honor of Double Mint
Mosey back to the parking lot for the Apple Turnover. PAX starts at one end of the parking lot and bear crawls three lines, flips over and crab walks three lines, repeating until they reach the end. Dance Hall was more than glad to do these because it would take his mind off of how bad his legs hurt.
Back to the start of pole dancing and do another one full round starting with pole six. This was the part of the workout where Holiday Mansion and Reef Donkey began questioning the Q’s timing. They insinuated that the Q was killing time and didn’t have enough planned. YHC was quick to stop that mumble chatter with 10 burpees for the PAX and then off to finish our last round , 30 WW1’s, 25 Mountain Climbers (IC), 20 Squats, 15 Carolina Dry Docks, 10 LBC’s (IC) and 5 burpees.
2 minutes of various protractor that was requested by Ricardo on the mosey over.
Workouts tomorrow, check Slack
YHC took us with prayers for Reef’s M, Blart’s M and Poca’s students.
Q’ing is something I feel comfortable doing now. I don’t have anxiety or the nerves I use to have. Q’ing does two things. It makes you better, a better leader and helps make the people around you better. The Q schedule is wide open and it’s time to pay it forward. Your F3 brothers are there for you to help guide and correct when needed. Plus, you might be able to see Reef Donkey in a golden thong making it rain dollar bills at the nursing home. Your last visual for the day.
