8 men met in the gloom of the beautiful rotary park. YHC had formulated a plan that involved some coupons and some Intervals.
Promptly at 5:30 I gave the full disclaimer and mission statement to the enthusiastic pax and off we went.

Circle up back at the flag and grab a few coupons from the back of my truck to begin our workout circle.
40 seconds on 20 seconds off.
8 different exercises were assigned
one to each man
At the end of each interval we would rotate left and move on to the next exercises.
2. Goblet squats with 40# kettle bell
4. Overhead press with 25 dumbbells
5. Shoulder to shoulder with ruck 45pounds
We completed 3 3/4 rounds, covered very little ground but got in an awesome workout,
It was a HS at 6:15
Creflo took us out in a wonderful prayer.
