Band Of Brothers Backblast
We met at 5:25 AM at Shevans park and began at 5:30 AM with mission statement and disclaimer. We began with warm up exercises and stretching. We ran down Shepard to Big Rock landing and back stopping at every block to do exercises which included:
Squats with the band
Hand release merkins
Curls with the bands
Shoulder presses with the bands
Chest presses with the bands
Seated shoulder presses with the bands
Low slow flutter
We finished with the peoples chair alternating legs then American Hammers and box cutters as well as the protractor and the dying cockroach.
