Got a message from Immigrant late Saturday asking off I could take the Q for this morning’s Bands, as I was well into my second TALL Adult Beverage and knowing I had an FNG coming I “happily” agreed.
I woke to the sound of thunder, how far off I sat wondered. I arrived at the waterfront to find WiFi already there and the FNG just pulling in.
Hoping for a few more PAX to show (allot of fart sacking this morning) it was time to start. The mission statement and disclaimer given we 3 strong headed for the parking lot in front of Southern Salt for a little convergence Warm O Rama with the Table Setters.
Warm O Rama consisted of:
- 15 Cotton Pickers in cad
- 15 Side Straddle Hope in cad
- 15 Sun Gods Front and Back with 15 overhead claps in cad
- 10 Imperial Walkers in Cad
- 15 count right over left
- 15 count left over right
It was time for the Table Setters to be off and for us 3 Strong to Mosey back to the landing.
Today’s band workout consisted of 4 sets of the following:
- 20 arm curls left and right
- 20 shoulder press left and right
- 20 upright row
- 20 rows
- 20 chest press
- 20 chest flys
- And a little mosey
The rain was starting to come down so we moseyed over to the Fisherman’s memorial in front of Southern Salt for 3 rounds of:
- 20 Squats
- 20 Urkins
- 20 count Peoples Chair
Moseyed back to the landing for some step ups and it was time for Mary.
Announcements made and Prayers given Wifi took us out in prayer.
It was time to name the FNG, among many things he is an avid waterfowl and turkey hunter so we named him Gobbler.
